鸽新城疫油乳化灭活疫苗研制

摘　　要：研制了灭活的油佐剂鸽新城疫疫苗,对疫苗的安全性及免疫效果进行观察,结果表明疫苗对鸽十分安全,每鸽肌肉注射0.5ml疫苗后,12天能耐受强毒的攻击,免疫持续期在6个月以上,疫苗4℃保存6个月以上仍有免疫效果,扩大试用了1万多羽肉鸽和赛鸽也十分安全有效。An inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine against Newcastle Disease in pigeons has been developed. Its safety and efficacy were obseved. The results showed that the vaccine was very safe for pigeons, and that pigeons vaccinated with 0.5ml inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine protected them from the challenge with a virulent NDV strain 14 days after vaccintion. The protection persisted for more than 6 months. After stored 6 months at 4癈 this vaccine still had immune effect. This vaccine was also safety and efficacy for more than ten thousands racing pigeons and broiler-breeder pigeons in the field.
