摘 要:本文采用Zung1971年编制的焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和自制的调查问卷对漳州师范学院学生的焦虑状况及引起焦虑情绪的原因进行了调查。结果显示 :漳州师范学院有 9.84 %的学生有不同程度焦虑症 ;男女的SAS总分平均分有显著性差异 ,男生比女生更焦虑 ,且男女生的焦虑情绪的表现形式有所不同 ;一年级与二年级、三年级、四年级的SAS总分平均得分有显著性差异 ,其他年级间无显著性差异 ,但有随着年级的升高 ,学生的焦虑状况越严重的趋势。文理科学生的SAS总分平均得分无显著性差异。引起学生焦虑的主要原因有学习压力大、自己能力不强、人际关系紧张等。We have made an investigation on students' anxiety condition and main causes leading to students'anxiety in Zhangzhou Teachers College using Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the questionaire that we made .The result show: The ratio of anxious students is 9.84%. There is obvious difference in the total score of SAS between boys and girls,the boys are more anxious than girls, the showing of boys' anxiety and girls' anxiety is different. There are obvious difference between first grade and second grade , between first grade and third grade ,between first grade and fourth grade. There are no obvious difference between others, but there are carrent that students are more anxious going with the upgrading of grade . There is no obvious difference between art and science. The main causes leading to students'anxiety are heavy pressure of study, poor ability of students, uptight relationship and so on .
