精确化装补球方法在大红山铜矿选矿厂的应用研究

摘　　要：针对大红山铜矿选矿厂日处理能力3000t新系列的生产实际,研究开发的精确化装补球新方法,经工业试验及推广应用证明,此新方法可显著地提高磨机生产率及选矿指标,并有显著的节能降耗效果,因而产生显著的经济效益,此方法是一种很有应用前景的装补球方法。A new method of filling and replenishing of balls for ball mill in the Ore-dressing Plant of Dahongshan Copper Mine has been developed through industrial experiment.The newly developed method has been resulted in higher milling production,better operation indexes,lower energy consumption and improved economical benefit.This method is worthy to be popularized in the future.
