摘　　要：探讨了采用共凝聚法制备碳酸钙填充粉末丁苯橡胶的技术。讨论了碳酸钙的种类及其加入量、凝聚剂组份及配比、隔离剂用量、凝聚温度、搅拌速度和干燥方式等几大因素对粉末化的影响,确定了最佳的成粉配方及工艺条件。所制得的粉末丁苯橡胶流动性和储存稳定性好。Preparation technology of powder SBR filled with calcium carbonate by co-agglomeration was explored.The effects of the kind and adding amount of calcium carbonate,the component and formula of agglomerating agent,the amount of isolating agent,agglomeration temperature,stirring velocity and drying way on the powdering were discussed.The optimal operating conditions and formula were determined.The product obtained has good flowability and storage stability.
