摘　　要：由于丁腈橡胶(NBR)在裂解过程中有碳残余物,所以用热重法(TG)较难直接准确测量它的组分含量。通过系列实验,研究了影响NBR胶料碳残余物质量分数的因素及规律,通过对TG法测量结果作一定修正,能够准确而快速测出NBR硫化橡胶的各组分含量。NBR holds remaining carbon during pyrolyzing,so it is difficult to determine its composition content by thermogravimetry directly.In this paper,the influence and rule on remaining carbon of NBR are studied.The remaining carbon content of NBR is corrected with the content of CAN.The result so obtained is right.
