摘 要:针对水驱和聚合物驱过程中,由于地层的非均质性引起的注入流体层内绕流和层间窜流,造成注入流体无效循环的现象,开发出一种组合段塞调整注聚剖面技术。研制筛选出颗粒类调剖剂(GD—MB)、聚合物弱凝胶调剖剂(SCS-1)和胶体颗粒类调剖剂(SCS-2),并将三者组合使用。讨论了矿化度、温度和pH值对SCS-2膨胀性能的影响。模拟试验结果表明,组合段塞对岩芯具有很强的封堵能力。该技术在胜利孤岛油田的现场试验取得了显著效果,具有广阔的应用前景。During the process of water flooding and polymer flooding, surrounding flow in the same layer and cross flow caused by the formation heterogeneity led to the invalid cycle of injected fluid. Aiming at the above phenomena, a polymer - injected profile modification technology using complex plugs was developed. Three profile modification a-gents (GD - MB, SCS - 1, SCS - 2) were selected and were combined in use. The effects of the mineral content of water, temperature, and pH value on the expansion property of SCS - 2 were discussed. The simulative experiment results showed that the complex plugs had strong blockage effect.The field test applying the polymer - injected profile modification was made in Shengli Gudao Oilfield. The test results were good and the technology could be applied widely.
