摘  要:以四乙烯五胺、甲醛和亚磷酸为原料合成了有机膦酸类缓蚀剂,与磷酸二氢锌复配,考察了有机膦酸类缓蚀剂与磷酸二氢锌质量比、复配体系加量、腐蚀时间、腐蚀温度及体系pH值对复配体系缓蚀效果的影响。结果表明,单独使用有机膦酸类缓蚀剂缓蚀率为76.92%,将有机膦酸类缓蚀剂与磷酸二氢锌按质量比3:1复配后,缓蚀率可达96.59%,复配缓蚀剂还具有用量少、稳定性好、耐温抗盐性好等优点。A organic phosphonic acid anticorrosion agent was prepared from tetraethylenepentamine, formaldehyde, and phosphorous acid. The organic phosphonic acid was compounded with zinc biphosphate. Effects of the mass ratio of organic phosphonic acid to zinc biphosphate, compound system amount, corrosion time and temperature, and pH value on the anticorrosive efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the anticorrosion rate of the single anticorrosion agent was 76 .92 % . The anticorrosion rate of the compound system was up to 96.59 % when the mass ratio of organic phosphonic acid to zinc biphosphate was 3:1. The compound anticorrosion agents had good anticorrosive efficiency at less amount and high temperature.
