摘　　要：介绍了一种高速声光调制驱动电源的原理、设计、及实验结果.工作频率180MHz,脉冲上升时间4ns,脉冲重复率DC～18MHz,功率稳定性≤5%/h.This paper emphatically presents the principle, design and experimental results of driving source for fast acoustooptic modulator. The specifications of the driving source as follows: operation frequency is 180MHz, pulse rise time is 4ns.pulse repeatability is DC-18MHz.and power stability is≤5%/h
