摘　　要：亚铵法造纸蒸球,经短期运行(2～12个月)内表面发现大量裂纹,甚至出现穿透球壁的裂纹,严重危及蒸球的安全使用。检验和试验揭示了裂纹的性质、产生原因和时机,由此提出预防措施,保证蒸球的安全运行。After short-time service (within 2 or 12months), a lot of cracks are found on the interior surface of spherical digesters by (NH_4)_2SO_3 method. Cracks through the wall are even found. They affect the safety of spherical digesters. Inspections and tests have proved property of cracks, causing reason and occasion. The paper describes measures preventing crack for operating of spherical digesters safely.
