摘 要:本文利用电子显微分析技术综合系统地分析了多层焊对Cr5Mo—奥302(A302)异种钢焊接熔合区组织形态、成分分布和显微硬度等变化的影响。发现不同焊层中由于稀释程度不同,造成熔合区硬化层类马氏体(M—L)相变点变化,使硬化层宽度增加、类马氏体形态和合金元素分布发生变化。另外焊接重热作用可以象焊后热处理一样引起前一焊层中熔合区发生碳扩散和碳化物析出等现象。初步讨论了这些现象对该接头高温使用性能的影响。The influence of multilayer weld on the microstructural change, chemical composition and micro-hardness distributions of Cr5Mo-A302 (Cr23Ni13)dissimilar steels weld bond has been systematically studied by using electron microscopic analysis techniques. It is found that the difference of dilution between layers affects the phase transformation point (Ms) of martensite-like structure in weld bond which makes the hard gone widen, morphology of martensite-like and distribution of alloying elements change. The action of multilayer weld thermal cycle, as the postweld heat treatment, causes the carbon diffusion and carbide precipitation etc, in weld bond of former welding layer. The influence of these phenomenons on the service life of the joint at elevated temperature is discussed preliminarily.
