摘　　要：玻璃深加工的高附加值产品镀膜玻璃生产在不断增加,为了合理使用资金,有效利用资源,根据多年 对磁控镀膜生产的经验,依据镀膜玻璃的膜系厚度及结构,提出中型镀膜生产线靶材的合理配置。The high profit of post - processing glass products activated the production of coated glass . In order to conservatively use capital fund and effectively utilize resources a program of reasonable choice of target materials for middle size production line was advanced on the ground of years production experience and coat thickness or structure .
