弯钢化玻璃炸裂因素的探讨

摘　　要：为了提高钢化玻璃的成品率,对炸裂这一影响弯钢化玻璃成品率的主要因素进行了探讨,指出玻璃结构、 结石、钢化工艺(加热、压弯、冷却)等是影响弯钢化玻璃成品率的主要因素。The crack reasons of curved tempered glass have been discussed for improving the rate of finished products of curved tempered glass. We have found that glass structure, concretion and steel technology (such as heating, press bending, cooling) are main factors of affecting the rate of finished products of curved tempered glass.
