摘  要:  将β沸石经水蒸气处理、酸处理,及负载FeCl3改性,选择水蒸气处理后的β沸石为催化剂,以丙酸与异戊醇反应合成丙酸异戊酯。讨论了醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯化率的影响,得出最佳反应条件为: 丙酸为 0.1mol, 醇酸比为 1.5:1,催化剂用量为 1.5g,反应时间为 4小时, 最终转化率为 95.12%;将不同处理条件及不同硅铝比的沸石进行酯化比较,结果表明,β沸石的硅铝比越高,酯化率越高;酸量越高,酯化率越高。β沸石作为催化剂,产品质量好、选择性好、对设备无腐蚀、可重复使用。β zeolites have been modified by hydrothermal treatment, acid treatment and loading FeCl 3. β zeolite after hydrothermal treatment was applied as catalyst to the esterification of propionic acid and iso-pentyl alcohol. Various reaction parameters such as ratio of alcohol to acid, catalyst amount and reaction time were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were: propionic acid was 0.1mol, molar ratio of iso-pentyl alcohol to propionic acid 1.5:1, amount of catalyst was 1.5g, reaction time was 4h. The yield of iso-pentyl propionate reaches 95.12% under the optimum conditions. The esterification results under various conditions of treatment for β zeolites have been discussed. It has been showed that the silica aluminium ratio and acidity of catalysts were higher, the yield of esters was higher. β zeolite that was applied as catalyst are of higher activity, good selectivity and no pollution.
