摘  要:本文针对合成氨系统中压力容器变换炉经常出现的过热变形鼓包事故,在合乎使用的原则上提出了一种安全分析的工程方法,以减少中小型化肥厂不必要的经济损失。同时本文通过试验研究及现场应力测试,归纳出变换炉鼓包区域的材料及力学性能特征。In view of the incidents of bulge deformation due to superheat often occurring on pressure vessel revolving furnace in ammonia synthesis, an engineering method for safety analysis is put forward in this paper based on fit-for-use principle so as to reduce unnecessary economic loss of medium-sized and small-sized chemical fertilizer plants. Meanwhile, through experimental study and field stress measuring & testing, the characteristics of material and the mechanical performance characteristics of the bulge zone of the revolving furnace are also concluded in this paper.
