摘　　要：本文从材料性能实验、金相检验、有限元应力计算以及在役管段爆破实验几个方面分析论证了氨合成塔至中置锅妒间1Cr18Ni9Ti高压管使用的安全性。对1Cr18Ni9Ti高压管合理使用具有很大工程价值和理论意义。In this paper, the service safety of high pressure pipeline made of 1 Cr 18Ni9Ti between ammonia synthetic tower and intermediate boiler has been analyzed and proved based on material property experiments, metallographic examinations, finite element stress calculations, and destructive pressure testing of the pipe taken from the pipeline in service. The investigation has a significant engineering value and theoretical meaning for the rational utilization of 1Cr18Ni9Ti in high pressure pipe.
