摘 要:采用甲基纤维素和氧化钙作为原材料 ,合成出了优质有机 /无机“多相”胶凝材料 ,其 2 8d抗压强度接近普通工业水泥。在实验工作基础上 ,用正交试验法研究了以甲基纤维素和氧化钙生产复合胶凝材料的原料选择及最佳掺量 ,并通过理论计算出该有机 /无机复合胶凝材料的抗压强度 ,与实际强度相比误差很小。借助XRD、IR和SEM等表征手段 ,对有机 /无机复合胶凝材料的微观结构和胶粘机理进行了分析和探讨。This paper introduced orthog on al design method to synthesize organic/inorganic adhesive materials. We found go od composite adhesive materials can be obtained in proper additive and water cem ent ratio when cellulose and calcium oxide were used as raw materials. The compr ession strength after 28d is close to common industrial cement. Based on the exp eriments, we further investigated the trial rule of choice of raw materials and optimal additive amount in synthesis adhesive materials using cellulose and lime as raw materials, and theoretically calculated the compression strength of orga nic/inorganic composite adhesive materials with the experimental data by only a little of error. The microstructure and mechanism of the adhesive materials are analyzed by means of XRD,IR and SEM characterization.
