区域发展的生态规划与综合战略决策研究——以南宁市为例

摘　　要：区域生态规划是城市规划与环境规划之间紧密联系的桥梁,也是促进区域经济与环境协调发展的战略决策的一种重要实现手段.以南宁市为例,运用半定量评价方法和GIS技术对区域发展的生态适宜度进行了分析,在随后的生态规划方案中进行了生态区划,对人居生态建设控制区、生态敏感区和生态脆弱区提出了相应的控制对策,并提出了旨在促进区域社会、经济、环境可持续发展的战略对策.Regional ecological planning is the close bridge between urban planning and environmental planning and an important approach of regional strategical decision-making,which is set forward the mutual development of economy and environment.In a case study of Nanning using GIS technology, a semi quantitative assessment was performed to analyze the ecological suitability of regional development. In the further ecological planning,the region was classified into key human habitats and the integrated ecosystem networks,ecological sensitive area and key ecological control corridors as well as ecological weak area and key ecological restoration corridors.Finally, integrated strategical deg countermeasures were put forward.
