摘 要:近年来,改进汽油尾气的排放以保护环境已成为化学工程领域中的一个研究热点。乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)是较甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)更为优良的汽油添加剂。笔者采用浸渍法制备了SO42-/γ Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂,并用XRD、IR表征了催化剂。以叔丁醇和乙醇为原料,在SO42-/γ Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂上气相合成ETBE,探讨了反应的操作条件对催化剂活性的影响。With the rapid development of cars, the demand of gasoline additive becomes more and more. Nowadays,methyl tert-Butyl ether (MTBE) is the more popular additive, but MTBE has severity pollution to the environment and it has been forbided to be used in some developed countries. Ethyl tert-butyl ether (ETBE) is another better gasoline additive than MTBE. In this paper, SO_4^(2-)/γ-Al_2O_3 solid superacid catalysts were prepared by impregnation, and ETBE was gas-phase synthesed by tert-butyl alcohol and ethanol on SO_4^(2-)/γ-Al_2O_3 solid superacid catalysts.The catalysts were characterized by XRD, IR spectra and some reaction conditions were investigated.
