摘 要:在直11型机的适航审定时,按CCAR25.15(二)的要求,要进行功能-可靠性飞行试验,以验证该机是否满足CCAR27.1301(d)和CCAR27.1309(a)的要求。本文基于直11型机外场收集的可靠性信息,论述了该机的功能-可靠性与条例要求的相符性,从而把CCAR21所要求的功能-可靠性飞行验证时间减少为38小时,显然,这将减少飞行试验时间,加快试验进度,为今后用可靠性信息来验证新研直升机的功能-可靠性与适航条例要求相符性提供了合适的方法。During the airworthiness certification of the Zll helicopter, It must complete a flight test of the function-reliability to demonstrate the compliance with CCAR27.1301(d) and CCAR27.1300(a) according to CCAR25.15(2). Based on the reliability information in the field of the Z11 helicopter, this paper describes compliance of the function-reliability with airworthiness equipment. The application of the reliability information decreases flight time require by CCAR21 to 38 flight hours. Obvious,it decreases flight-test time,promote program processes and provides effective method to demonstrate compliance of the function-reliability with the airworthiness requirement for new helicopters.
