摘　　要：分析了有关油气矿权图形数据的分类和描述;提出了油气矿权信息系统原理和算法;设计和实现了油气矿权数据图形库结构和内容;构建了PMRGIS软件应用平台,介绍其中有特色的功能。这些技术和成果已被较好地应用在矿权评价选区、矿权年检、矿权质量评估、上市资产评估、矿权日常事务管理、矿权调整方案处理、勘探开发部门的工作部署和施工作业等方面,满足了油气勘探开发等部门工作要求,并取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。This article analyzes the classi?cation and description of the relative oil and gas ming claim ?gures and data, comes up with the principle and calculation of the oil and gas ming claim information system, design the structure and content of the ming claim ?gure and data bank, establish the PMRGIS software application platform and introduces the unique functions of the system. Those technologies and results have been desirably used for ming claim assessment, annual inspection of ming claim, estimation of ming claim quality, estimation of IPO assets, management of daily ming claim affairs, handling of ming claim adjustment initiative and the work and operational plans of the exploration and development departments. It meets the demand by the exploration and development departments and achieves satisfactory economic and social results.
