摘　　要：以水为载体,石墨作基体润滑剂,加有各种性能的添加剂.研制了SM-B型热轧钢管芯棒润滑剂.该产品制成胶体乳液.稳定性好、喷涂成膜均匀致密;对芯棒润湿固化性强;润滑脱模性好.The SM-B mandrel lubricant of hot rolling steel tube mill is studied. The main compositions of the lubricant are graphit ,several kinds of additives and water acted as carrier. The lubricant existing as colliodal solution has the advantages of good stability, uniform and dense lubricant coating and fine lubricating property.
