摘　　要：根据广西经济文化发展状况,提出城市(包括旧城区、新城区)社区图书馆的建设方法,认为旧城区社区图书馆建设应以整合社区内原有的单位图书馆为主,政府投资新建(社区范围内无图书馆的)为辅,新建社区则可与物业管理部门共同建立社区图书馆,并鼓励兴办私立社区图书馆。Based on the economic and cultural development in the Guangxi Autonomous Region, this paper puts forward ways of constructing libraries of urban communities in old and new city areas. It is believed that the main task for the community library construction in old city areas is to integrate the existing libraries, in which the community libraries will make up its main part. While for those newly built communities without libraries, new ways should be explored to build up community libraries. For example, community libraries could be investigated both by government and the property-care management department of the community itself.
