摘　　要：简要阐述了切分轧制的原理及优缺点,并着重介绍了切分轮法和辊切法的孔型系统及其导卫装置的没计,列举实例说明切分轧制技术在棒材生产中应用的优越性。The principle, advantages and disadvantages of slit rolling technology are briefed. Two processes of slit-rolling, rotary slitting and roller slitting, their respective pass systems and guide-fittings designing, are introduced. The advantages of slit rolling technology in bar production are demonstrated with examples.
