摘　　要：从建筑节能的观点出发 ,介绍了我国建筑节能的现状以及西方国家在建筑节能的方面新方法和新策略 ,并对两者进行比较 ,分析我国建筑节能方面的差距以及今后发展的方向。Based on the view of energy-saving of building, it is introduced that the actuality of energy-saving of building in China and the new methods and strategies used in western countries. By comparision, the difference between them and the direction of development in the future are also analyzed.
