摘　　要：人口变动情况抽样调查是全国和各省、市、自治区获得年度人口数据的主要渠道之一。人口变动情况抽样调查自 1 983年开始至今已走过了 2 0年的历程 ,形成了较为完善的人口调查制度方法。本文就人口变动情况抽样调查制度方法的形成过程做了较为详细的论述。同时也阐述了人口调查制度方法还需不断的改进和完善 ,以适应人口发展的需要。The annual population survey,which has been pracficed for 20 years since 1983,is one of the major channels both at the national and provincial level to obtain annual population data. It has formed a perfect system and methodology of population survey. This paper gives a detailed introduction to the forming procedure of the system and methodology of population survey, and also suggests that the system and methodology need to be improved to further meet the requirements of population development of our country.
