亚麻织物柠檬酸免烫整理的影响因素研究

摘　　要：分析了柠檬酸及柠檬酸(CA)与聚马来酸(PMA)复配整理剂对亚麻织物免烫整理的工艺条件,探讨 了酶前处理对柠檬酸免烫整理织物性能的影响。结果表明,最佳整理工艺条件为柠檬酸8%,聚马来酸 6%,次亚磷酸钠5%,三乙醇胺5%,渗透剂0.2%,90℃预烘3min,160～170℃焙烘2min。免烫整理前 对织物进行酶处理,可提高整理效果和改善亚麻织物性能。The DP finish of linen fabric with citric acid was optimized, citric acid combined with polymaleic acid (PMC) can impart the fabric improved DP effect, influence of enzyme treatment prior to DP finish are discussed. The results show that the best conditions are: citric acid 8 %, polymaleic acid 6 %, phosphorous sodium 5 %, triethanolamine 5 %, penetrant 0.2 %, predrying at 90 ℃ for 3 minutes, then baking at 160~170 ℃ for 2 minutes. Enzyme treatment prior to DP finish can enhance the finish effect and serviceability of linen fabric.
