煮练酶在纯棉厚重织物前处理中的应用

摘　　要：采用煮练酶SKD 301酶堆加碱氧煮漂工艺对纯棉厚重织物进行处理,并与传统的碱堆加煮漂工 艺进行对比。研究结果表明,煮练酶可有效去除淀粉浆及大部分纤维伴生物,手感柔软,失重小,但对棉籽壳 去除效果不佳。The action principle of scouring enzyme SKD-301 on textiles is analyzed. The heavy cotton fabric is pretreated with the combination of enzyme batching-up and alkali-hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, the results are compared with those treated by traditional alkali batching-up and scouring and bleaching process. It is found that SKD enzyme can effectively remove the starch and most of the substances associated with cellulose, imparts the fabric soft handle and low weight loss, but has little effect on the cotton shell.
