摘　　要：在两相法印花工艺中,染料高效蒸化固色,在轧碱后数十秒内快速反应,且不沾污白地,织物花型轮 廓清晰。文中阐述了还原染料和活性染料高温短蒸两相法印花的机理,探讨了影响印花质量的因素,并从设 备、工艺和成本等方面与传统的一相法印花工艺进行综合比较,具有节能、环保和提高产品质量等众多优点。In two-phase printing process, dyes can occur reaction rapidly within 10 seconds after padding alkali. Via high-efficiency steaming for fixation, patterns with excellent definitions are available. This paper discussed the printing mechanism of reactive and vat dyes in high temperature short steaming two-phase process, and factors affecting printing quality. The new process is also compared with the traditional one-phase printing process from the aspects of machine, process and cost.
