摘　　要：本文基于 R.M.Solow余值理论思想 ,结合西北少数民族地区实际 ,从理论上给出了西北少数民族地区信息化建设投入对经济增长的作用的数学模型 。The aim of this note is to give a mathematical model with respect to the input of informatization construction which affect the growth of economy theoretically.It is based on the residual value theory and considered the condition of northwest minority areas.It provides a theoretical background to quantitative assess the input of informatization construction which affect the growth of economy in northwest minority areas.
