摘　　要：借鉴类型学的思想和设计方法,确定旧区改造的设计原则,从基地所在地区建筑外在形式的研究入手,寻找传统民居的建筑类型,并在设计中加以转换、引用,使新旧建筑在空间类型上一脉相承、在建筑形式上相互关联,以达到既发展城市,又保持城市历史文化特色的目的。According to the typological design method ,the principle for the design of residential quarter in the old city is laid down. The typology drawn from the traditional residential quarter is transformed into new form of space and architectrue ,for the purpose of appling it to modern residential quarter design. It is expected to develope old city without damaging it's traditional culture character by continuing its own space typology .
