摘　　要：介绍一种基于EZ-USBFX2系列CY7C68013型电路的不可见阴极荧光分析系统,该系统具有速度快、安装方便、即插即用、扩展性好、采样精度高与稳定性好等特点,其软配置功能使开发灵活方便,容易维护。该系统在地质测试方面具有较高的使用价值。An invisible CL analysis system based on the CY7C68013 of EZ-USB FX2 series is described. The system has many characteristics, such as high speed, convenience installation, good expansibility, high sampling precision and better stability. The software configure of the circuit make design flexible, convenient, and maintenance easy. The system can be used in geoscicence.
