摘 要:为了改善和提高水泥石在酸性介质下的长期结构完整性和密封性,试验优选了抗腐蚀性水泥填充料WG,配制了9种水泥浆配方,并对这9种水泥浆体系成型后的水泥石块进行了不同龄期的CO2、H2S腐蚀试验,测定其抗压强度、渗透率和腐蚀深度,进行反光显微镜、X—射线衍射分析。同时,就CO2和H2S对水泥石的腐蚀机理进行了分析探讨。通过对实验结果的综合分析,优选出了抗腐蚀高密度和低密度水泥浆配方,该抗腐蚀水泥浆体系不但具有抗腐蚀性还具有良好的防气窜、降自由水、浆体稳定等综合性能。In order to improve integrality and sealability of cement concrete in acid medium like CO2 and H2S, WG erosion resistance concrete stuff was selected through experiments and nine cement gout formulations were made. And using CO2?H2S to erode the concrete samples made by the nine cement gout formulations in different age, testing its compression strength,penetration rate and errosion degree, carrying out analysis of reflecting microscope and X-ray diffraction. At the asme time,erosion mechanism of CO2 and H2S to cement concrete was analysed and discussed.Through these analysis, erosion resistance high density and low density cement gout formulations are selected out, and the erosion resistance cement gout system not only has erosion resistance but also has excellent synthetical performance as air flee resistance, lower free water and spout stability.
