摘　　要：邓小平理论中所蕴涵的刑法思想,为我们完善刑事法制提供了重要的思想源泉。邓小平同志关于刑事立法的思想、刑事政策思想、关于打击经济犯罪的思想,对于我们今天完善社会主义刑事法制具有重要的理论指导意义。继续系统、全面而深入地研究邓小平同志关于刑法问题的论述,对于总结与发展我国社会主义现代化建设新时期的刑事立法、刑事司法和刑法理论,具有十分重要的作用和深远的意义。The DENG Xiao-ping' theory concludes very rich thoughts on the criminal law, which supply important theory source to perfect the criminal legal system. Mr DENG Xiao-ping had expressed the theory on the criminal legislation, criminal policy, and combating the economic crimes, which will benefit the theory of the socialist criminal system. Studying the theory which Mr DENG Xiao-ping had expounded completely, is very important for the development of the criminal legislation, criminal judicature and criminal theory.
