井冈霉素、烯唑醇及其混剂对稻曲病菌毒力测定

摘　　要：运用Horsfall毒力试验和菌丝生长抑制法分别测定井冈霉素、烯唑醇及其混剂对水稻稻曲病(Ustilaginoidea virens)毒力,并用Wadley方法评价所配混剂的增效作用。结果表明,当它们按3:1和5:1的比例混配时表现增效作用。Horsfalls toxicity design and the method of control hypha germination were used to the toxicity test of jingangmycin A, diniconazole and their mixtures to Ustilaginoidea virens. The method of Wadley was used to estimate the synergistic interaction of fungicides in mixtures. The results showed that the mixtures in 3:1and 5:1 had synergistic interaction.
