加用万托林和爱喘乐联合雾化吸入治疗42例毛细支气管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察加用万托林和爱喘乐压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 84例毛细支气管炎随机分为治疗组 4 2例及对照组 4 2例。对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用万托林 (沙丁胺醇 )及爱喘乐 (异丙托溴铵 )联合溶液压缩雾化吸入。观察两组喘憋消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及住院天数并行统计学对比。结果 :治疗组喘憋消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及住院天数分别为 6 .6 2± 2 .5 9d、7.14± 2 .2 4d、7.86± 2 .76d ,对照组分别为 7.81± 2 .5 1d、9.17± 3.2 4d、9.4 3±3.6 4d。治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :加用万托林和爱喘乐压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎 ,能缩短喘憋、哮鸣音持续时间 ,缩短住院时间。Objective: To observe the therapeu tic effec ts of Ventolin nebulization combined with Ipratropine Bromide for the bronchiol itis .Methods: 84 infants were randomly divided into observa tion group and control group in equal. Regular treatment was given to control gr oup,meanwhile,based on regular treatment,the observation group was also received Ventolin nebulization combined with Ipratropine Bromide.The disappearing time o f paroxysmal wheeze,wheezy sound in lung and admission duration were evaluated. Results: The disappearing time of paroxysmal wheeze,wheezy sou nd in lung and admission duration were 6.62±2.59 days,7.1±2.24 days and 7.89± 2.76 days respectively in observation group. The corresponding figures were 7.81 ±2.51 days,9.17±3.24 days and 9.43±3.64 days respectively in control group.Co mpared with control group ,the observation group has better treatment outcome wi th significant statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: Treatment for the bronchiolitis patients with nebulizing Ventolin combined w ith Ipratropine Bromide can shorten the time of paroxysmal wheeze,wheezy sound i n lung and admission duration .[
