摘　　要：目的　探讨经口腔入路行隆鼻术的方法及疗效。方法　对 5 6例不适宜行一侧鼻孔缘切口或开放性切口的患者 ,采用经口腔入路隆鼻术。唇腭系带下方横行切开黏膜 ,分离撑开口轮匝肌 ,经鼻小柱分离至鼻下端 ,然后再以小剥离器于鼻骨骨膜前与鼻肌鼻背深筋膜复合体之间隙行潜行分离 ,置入假体材料。结果　 5 6例受术者全都效果满意 ,无鼻翼变形、瘢痕或感染等并发症。结论　经口腔入路行隆鼻术是一种疗效确切的隆鼻术 ,适合于不宜行一侧鼻孔缘切口或开放性切口的患者。Objective To study the procedure and efficacy of augmentation rhinoplasty with an oral incision approach. Methods Fifty-six individuals who were not suitable for incision from the nostril edge or for open incision underwent augmentation rhinoplasty with an oral incision approach. Incision was made on the mucosa under the chalaza of the upper lip. Musculus orsbicularis oris was bluntly separated up to the tip of the nose through nasal columella. A small separator was used to separate the potential space between periosteum of nasal bone and the complex of nasal muscle and deep nasal dorsal fascia before the silicon implant was inserted. Results All 56 patients had satisfactory appearance of the noses without deformation of the nasal ala,scar formation or complications. Conclusion Augmentation rhinoplasty with an oral incision approach is a reliable procedure with excellent outcome, especially indicated for individuals having difficulty of making nostril or open incision.
