摘  要:沸石 /金属复合膜材料由于具有诸多良好的性能 ,已显示出广阔的应用前景。利用水热法在不锈钢表面制备了ZSM 5分子筛膜 ,并考察了焙烧过程对膜基结合力的影响。通过划痕实验和扫描电镜分析 ,证明焙烧过程可使ZSMThe composite materials of molecular sieves film on the surface of metal substrates would find wide applications as they have excellent properties. In the present paper, ZSM-5 film was prepared on the surface of stainless steel substrate by hydrothermal method, and the effect of baking process on the film-substrate cohesion was examined by means of SEM and scratch test. The results of the analyses showed that the film-substrate cohesion was significantly improved by the baking process.
