摘 要:矿井煤层自燃主要是由于漏风供氧引起的。利用黄土与水制成的浆液,在其中加入一定量引发剂、增稠悬浮剂、胶凝剂等,开发出一种塑性胶体(黄土)充填封堵材料,能够满足巷道封堵需要,可用其在井下巷道中建立密闭墙,堵塞漏风。通过中试试验考察了浇注工艺,从而为防止煤层自燃或者为了防止有害气体扩散建立密闭墙提供了一种行之有效的方法。Spontaneous combustion of a coal seam was mainly caused by oxygen in leaked air. A new type of plastic gel as sealing material was developed by adding a certain amount of initiator, suspension and thickening agent and gelation agent into loess slurry, which can meet the sealing requirement of a roadway and be used to build an underground sealing wall and stop up air leakage. Study and investigation was made on the grouting technology, which thus provides a practical and effective method for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal seams or building sealing wall to control the dispersion of harmful gases.
