摘　　要：　为结合税务工作对纳税人档案资料管理的要求 ,对该系统功能、架构及其关键技术进行了介绍 ,开发了解决纳税人多种纳税信息的整理、存储、管理的纳税人档案系统 ,并在基础上加以综合利用。该系统已在四川省各地、市、州税务局推广使用。In order to meet the demand of taxman's electronic document management system for taxpayer,this paper presents the functions,architecture and key technologies of electronic document management system,and develops taxpayer document system that can be used to conform,save and manage all information of taxpayer and takes advantage of it .The system has already been adopted in taxing offices of regions,counties of Si Chuan province.
