摘　　要：上市公司治理结构不完善,市场监管手段落后,税收制度不够健全,导致我国上市公司股利政策在实践 中存在诸多问题。优化上市公司股权结构,强化对上市公司的监管,加强对股东的法律保护等,以规范上市公司的股 利政策。There exist many problems in the stock profit policies of our public companies because of the imperftct administrated construction, backward methods of market supervision and the unsound tax system. To Standardize the stock profit policies of public companies, we must optimize the companies'stock right construction, strengthen the supervision for public companies and reinforce the law protection for shareholders.
