关于提高亚麻棉混纺织物质量的探讨

摘　　要：亚麻棉混纺织物的准备及织造工艺是在棉织物的准备和织造工艺基础上形成的。根据亚麻棉混纺纱含杂多、毛羽多、脆硬等特点 ,分析研究了部分工艺 ,并经过实践制定出适合亚麻棉混纺织物的新准备及织造工艺 ,且对各工序提出了改进措施。同时 ,寻找出适合织亚麻棉混纺织物的最佳设备 ,即JA74 3、JA74The technology of preparation and weave for flax_cotton blend fabric is based on the technology of preparation and weave for cotton fabric.As there are many impurities and feathers in the flax_cotton blend yarns which are very fragile and hard,the new technology of the preparation and weave for flax_cotton blend fabric is drawn a conclusion by analyzing its technology and many practices,the improving steps are put forward by researching every process,and the best loom for weaving flax_cotton blend fabric,JA743/JA745 rapier loom,is also suggested in this paper.
