摘　　要：百年庆典活动回首百年历程 ,总结图书馆发展经验 ,发起 2 1世纪新图书馆运动。弘扬公共图书馆精神 ,倡导以人为本 ,消除数字鸿沟 ,关心弱者 ,走近平民 ,平等服务 。Looking back on the centennial course of Hunan Library when staging the centenary activities we should sum up the library development experience and initiate the library movement of the 21 st century.In order to set up a system of information guarantee and justice we should keep up the public library spirit, initiate the humanism,remove digital gulf,care for weak people,be in close contact with the populace and serve equally.
