摘　　要：提出了 600机组改造新方案,对该机组加工产品作了正确定位。工艺提出在一台机组上实现两种形式工艺,可实现成型后焊接异型管的加工。独特的五辊式夹紧辊和插入式四辊万能机架,实现了工艺要求的合理配置。The rebuild new project of unit 600 is raised with the correct orientation for the Unit machining products. The procedure put forward to achieve two type of procedure in a unit and obtain the manufacture of welded rectangular pipe after forming.Unique feeding roller with five type rollers and four rollers universal stand with inserting type obtain the reasonable configuration of process requirement.
