摘　　要：简要介绍了电站锅炉水冷壁管屏生产工艺流程和管屏生产线的总体设计。详细阐述了焊接生产线主要设备的工作原理及结构设计,研究了焊接生产线的某些关键技术。生产实践证明,该自动线在水冷壁管屏生产中取得良好效果,是稳定、高效、小变形、低成本的管屏专用生产线。The technological proce ss of Membrane water wall panels in power station boiler and the system design o f the production line was introduced briefly, as well as the working principle a nd the structure design were discussed in detail in this paper. In addition, som e key technologies in welding line were studied in detail. The production practi ce had shown that good results were achieved and the line was suitable for the p roduction of Membrane water wall panels. It also verified that the production li ne was a stable, high efficient, minute distortion and low cost special line for Membrane water wall panels.
