摘　　要：介绍了海南省气象局"气象短信"服务系统的业务流程,它是基于MicrosoftWindows2000(或WindowsXP)操作系统和MicrosoftSQLServer2000数据库下开发的短信服务系统,实现了气象短信信息的自动和人工入库,自动化收发短信功能,手机用户对气象短信有订阅,退订功能,同时实现手机用户实时点播气象短信和个性化的发送短信方式,并实现了使用web页面管理气象短信系统的功能。系统设计实时性高,自动化程度较好,操作简单,功能齐全,具有一定的扩展性。In this paper, a working flow of the weather Short Message Service System (MSMSS) of Meteorological Bureau of Hainan Province, which was developed on the Microsoft Windows 2000/Windows XP and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, is introduced. The MSMSS implements many functions, such as the manual/automatic insertions of meteorological short messages, the automatic transmission/receiving of short messages, the subscriptions/unsubscriptions of meteorological short messages by cell phone users, the real-time inquiries and personal transmissions of short messages by cell phone users, as well as the management of Meteorological Short Messages system on web pages. The system was designed with high real-time and automatic performance. It was also developed with a numbers of functions and can be extended in future. It's easy to use too.
