摘　　要：本文阐述了新型18辊冷轧机的基本特点。该机能生产0.05×200mm金属薄带材,小直径的工作辊装在一个更换组件中,能大压下量轧制高强度材料。工作辊换辊时间小于3分钟,通过带有锥度的中间辊轴向调整控制板型,使轧材厚差小、平整度好。A new type of 18-Hi cold mill for producing thin sheet up to 0.05 × 200mm is introduced in this paper. This mill has prominent features of the high reduction for high strength materials,due to the work-roll with small diamiler fixed in a changeable package, close thickness tolerance and good flatness owing to the cone middle-roll-shifting to control effectively the shape, and the time for changing work roll is less than three minutes.
