摘  要:对 3种不同组分的纤维素酶在酶法脱墨中对纸浆性质的影响作了研究。在酶法脱墨过程中 ,酶的加入能够改善脱墨效果 ,但同时也会影响到脱墨浆的性质。研究结果表明 ,纤维素酶的加入能够改善脱墨浆的滤水性 ,并且不同纤维素酶对脱墨浆滤水性的影响有所不同 ;与单一组分的内切酶相比 ,内切酶和外切酶的协同作用更有利于脱墨浆滤水性的改善 ;酶处理不会造成纤维长度的明显下降 ,但酶处理会降低脱墨浆纤维的零距抗张强度 ;Three kinds of cellulases with different components were used to study the effect of enzymes on the fiber characteristics of the enzymatic deinked pulp. In the process of enzymatic deinking of mixed office waste, the addition of enzymes could improve the removal of toner. At the same time, enzymes treatment could also affect the characteristics of the fibers. The results showed that the drainability of the deinked pulp was improved, and the cooperation of EG and CBH could result in the more obvious improvement than the mono-component EG. The enzymatic treatment did not lead to the obviously decrease of fibers length, but the zero tensile strength of the fibers decreased after treatment with enzymes, which suggested that the fibers strength decreased after the enzymatic treatment. In addition, enzyme treatment could result in the increase of specific surface area of the fibers.
