流动注射荧光分光法测定盐酸小蘖碱的研究

摘　　要：研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠胶束介质中药有效成分盐酸小蘖碱的荧光性质 ,并应用流动注射技术测定盐酸小蘖碱的浓度 ,该法线性范围 0～ 9× 1 0 -5mol L ,检出限为 2 4× 1 0 -8mol L ,相对标准偏差为 5% 。A highly sensitive micelle-stabilized fluorimetry is developed in this paper.The fluorescence characteristice of Berberine in micelle was stuided.The excitation wavelengthe was 362nm and the emission wavelength was 531nm.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0-9×10 -5 mol/L for berberine.The limit of determination was 2.4×10 -8 mol/L.Under the optimal experiment al conditions,this method has been applied to determinate trace berberine in natural drug with satisafactory results.
