新生儿脐带血弓形体抗体检测的研究

摘　　要：应用SPA-ELISA对405名新生儿脐带血进行弓形体抗体测定,结果121份脐带血呈阳性反应,阳性率为29.88%,其中199份进行血清与滤纸干血滴的测定,血清与血滴的符合率为100%。本次妊娠中,阳性组死胎发生率明显高于阴性组,P<0.05,有显著意义;在既往妊娠中,阳性组流产、早产发生率明显高于阴性组,P<0.01,有特别显著意义。但产妇三个年龄组间、初产妇与经产妇间、产妇各职业组间均无显著差异。SPA-ELISA for toxoplasma antibodies was made in a total of 405 cord blood specimens from the district of Jinan.The posi- tive rate was found to be 29.88%.During the current pregnancy the in- cidence of stillborn in positive group was much higher than that in neg- tive group,p<O.05;in the previous pregnancy,the incidence of abor- tion and premature labor in positive group was much higher than that in negtive group,p<0.01.However,there is no significant statistical difference among age-groups,para times and occupations of the pregnant women.
