摘　　要：作为世界上最大的发达国家和最大的发展中国家,中美两国双边关系发展、变化的状况,对亚太地区乃至国际事务都具有巨大的影响,在新的世纪中建设一种良好、健康的双边关系,有助于中美两国及世界的和平与发展。对中美关系进行专题研究,自然而然成为诸多专家、学者触及的热点问题,笔者在剖析中美之间所存在的共同利益和矛盾分歧的基础上,运用矛盾的同一性和斗争性辩证关系的基本原理,分析中美关系中存在着合作与斗争并存、利益与分歧同在的现象,以求把握中美关系发展、变化的趋势与内在规律性。As the two biggest developed and developing countryes in the world,the development of the relationship between USA and China,along with changes,has great influence on Asia Pacific region,even on the international affairs.In the new century,building a sound bilateral relationship will benefit to the peace and development of the world.Naturally,it is a heated topic for experts to study the relationship.This passage,based on the mutual benefits and disputes,combines history with reality.On the basic theory of the identity and the struggle of the opposites,it tries to analyse the coexistance of cooperation and conflict between the tow countries so as to figure out the tendency and inner regularity of the development and changes in China and America.
